The five-step workflow

1. Idea in one sentence: Who wants what, and what's in the way? That's all you need to start.
2. Story and scenes: From the sentence, a story emerges with structure, twist, and end, divided into timed scenes with dialogues.
3. Define characters: Each character gets a fixed description and a fixed voice, so they stay consistent throughout the film.
4. Images and animation: For each scene, an image is created, and from that, a short, lip-synced clip.
5. Sound and editing: Voices, music, and effects are mixed, everything is cut together into a video.

How long does it take?

A 30-second test takes a few minutes. A five-minute film takes significantly longer because each scene is generated and mixed individually – but you don't have to watch; the process continues in the background.

The four most common beginner mistakes

• Too vague characters. "A bear" becomes a different bear in every scene. Better: "small brown bear with a red scarf and a white spot on its ear."
• Too much plot for the length. A moment fits into 30 seconds, not a world tour.
• Dialog lines too long. Short sentences sound more natural and fit cleanly into a scene.
• Change everything at once. Change one scene, look at the result, then the next.
