Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We will not charge you any fees for this.

Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for digital content if you have expressly agreed that we begin with the performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This is the case as soon as you start the first generation after concluding the contract and consume credits.
