Keep AI Characters Consistent Throughout the Entire Film

Why Characters "Wander" at All

Each scene is generated individually. If the description only says "a bear," the model fills in the gaps anew each time – sometimes light brown, sometimes gray, sometimes with a hat. Consistency comes from specificity, not chance.

The Rule of Thumb: Five Fixed Characteristics

• Type and Age: "small brown bear, appearing about five years old"
• Color: "warm medium brown, lighter snout"
• Clothing: "red knitted scarf, nothing else"
• Distinguishing Feature: "white spot on left ear"
• Build: "roundish, short legs"

This description is included with every scene – this keeps the character recognizable, even if the perspective and environment change.

The Voice Is Also Part of the Character

If the voice changes mid-film, the character seems replaced – even if the image is correct. Assign one voice per character and keep it consistent across all scenes and episodes.

New Characters Mid-Film

If a new character appears in scene 7, they must be described just as precisely from then on as the main character – otherwise, they will change again immediately in scene 8.

Carry Cast Over to the Next Project

If a character works, it's an asset. Transfer them, along with their description and voice, to your next project – this creates a series instead of individual videos, and viewers will recognize your characters.

Control Before Rendering

1. Review storyboard images of all scenes side-by-side.
2. Regenerate individual diverging scenes, not the entire film.
3. Lock successful images to keep them unchanged.
